• Shape, Drive & Grow efficiencies in repair and maintenance operations for a leading dealership supporting major Agricultural Brands including FENDT & Massey Ferguson

• Impart your knowledge and develop your leadership skills with ongoing support enabling you to develop your career path with expanded leadership possibilities available

• Balance your time in the workshop, field and office being at the forefront of machine uptime and jumping in where required to fulfill customer needs and overall satisfaction

• Minimum 5-10 years of agricultural machinery experience is essential for this Workshop Foreman position

• 1-2 years of supervisory or leadership experience is preferred to effectively manage workshop operations. However training will be provided to the right candidiate who has a strong desire to obtain this experience

• A relevant trade qualification is required to demonstrate technical competency in machinery maintenance and repair
