We are seeking a qualified Pest Technician or a self‑motivated individual eager to embark on a career in pest control as a Trainee Pest Technician, based in Ballarat or surrounding areas.

With over 40 branches across the Pacific Region, we pride ourselves on employing highly trained individuals. Our team is looking for Trainee Pest Technicians or Licensed Pest Technicians to join our growing team, servicing Ballarat and surrounding areas.

Key responsibilities

  • Inspect and identify pests on customer premises

  • Perform pest eradication and prevention activities

  • Maintain high levels of customer service

  • Provide sound advice to customers regarding on-site pest issues

  • Utilise advanced technology for SMART pest control

  • Undertake both theory and practical training

  • Assist and work under the supervision of a licensed technician

  • Adhere to all WHS practices and policies

  • Demonstrate reliability, a strong work ethic, and problem-solving abilities

  • Present professionally with exceptional customer service skills


Position requirements

  • Full Australian Driver’s Licence

  • Ability to travel and start immediately

  • Pest control licence preferred but not essential — training provided for the right candidate

  • Proficiency in mobile technology

  • Good physical fitness and health (capable of working in crawl spaces and roof spaces)

  • Demonstrates maturity, responsibility, and self-motivation to work independently when required
