About the Role

Take ownership of land sales within one of our premiere projects. As the face of the project, you’ll manage your pipeline from enquiry to settlement, engage buyers and builders, and contribute to sales strategy. This is a high autonomy role with real variety, a strong stock pipeline, and a supportive team behind you.

Duties

·         Drive sales across the land estate, managing leads from enquiry to settlement

·         Build and maintain relationships with buyers, builders, and the Developer

·         Deliver weekly sales reporting and market commentary to the project team

·         Contribute to sales and marketing strategy with high level project insights

·         Manage CRM, contract preparation, and client follow up to meet settlement targets

Skills & Experience

·         Current Real Estate Certificate IV or Real Estate Licence (essential)

·         Proven track record in land sales, new build sales, or residential property

·         Established networks with building consultants and customer groups

·         Strong negotiation skills and ability to build lasting client rapport

·         Current driver’s licence and own vehicle for regular site visits
