Job Specification

This is a genuine leadership opportunity for a pharmacist seeking to combine clinical excellence with business success. As Pharmacist Manager, you will lead a small, supportive team while remaining actively involved in patient care and dispensary operations.

Your responsibilities will include dispensing and counselling patients, overseeing daily pharmacy operations, supporting team performance, and contributing to commercial outcomes. You will also deliver a wide range of professional services including UTI prescribing, MedsChecks, diabetes support, emergency contraception, asthma and COPD management, and cardiovascular health services.

Skills Required

* Current general registration with AHPRA as a Pharmacist
* Minimum three years' experience as a registered pharmacist in Australia
* Previous Pharmacist-in-Charge or pharmacy leadership experience preferred
* Strong communication and patient counselling skills
* Ability to lead, mentor and motivate a pharmacy team
* Accredited, or willing to provide professional services including vaccinations and prescribing services
* Strong commercial awareness and commitment to community healthcare

Salary & Benefits

* $60-$64 per hour plus superannuation
