Our client is a multi-disciplined accounting and financial planning, extremely well established, located in the heart of Ballarat.  Running their own independent licence, their advisory team has a new opening for a Client Services Manager to work with and support the senior advisors.

Responsibilities in this role will include, but not be limited to: 
  • Implementation tasks, including superannuation rollovers, insurance applications, managed fund investments and direct share purchases.
  • Client communication, including being involved in meetings, and follow up work.
  • Research and preparation of strategy and advice
To be considered for this opportunity, you will need to be able to demonstrate:
  • Experience within the financial planning industry, preferably with a minimum of 2-3 years' experience in a similar role.
  • A strong understanding of the financial planning process.
  • Experience with X plan and competency in the Microsoft suite of products.
  • Working knowledge of direct equities, managed investments, insurance and superannuation, and deep understanding of compliance frameworks and regulations.
Accreditation in RG146 will be very positively looked upon, as will strong attention to detail, a high work ethic and the ability to work well within a high performing team.
