We are seeking applications from passionate and organised administration specialists for the position of Executive Assistant to the Head of Senior School.  The role will focus on providing comprehensive and reliable administrative and co-ordination support to the Head of Senior School, to enable the Senior School to reach its vision and to deliver on strategic goals.

KEY SELECTION CRITERIA

  • Extensive experience in an executive assistant or senior administrative role, essential.
  • Experience managing complex schedules, coordinating meetings, events, and deadlines across multiple stakeholders.
  • Significant experience with event or program coordination.
  • Ability to collaborate, engage and inspire others in a positive manner.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to display compassion, patience and flexibility.
