About the role
Grampians Health is seeking a knowledgeable and proactive Senior Accounts Receivable Officer to support the delivery of high‑quality financial services across the organisation. This role is ideal for someone with strong AR expertise who enjoys leading by example and supporting continuous improvement within a busy operational environment. This role can be based at any of our campuses in Ballarat, Horsham, Stawell, Edenhope or Dimboola.
Reporting directly to the Coordinator - Accounts Receivable, this role provides higher‑level operational support, assists with complex and escalated matters, and offers day-to-day guidance to AR Officers. You will also contribute to process improvements, audit readiness, reporting, and stakeholder engagement.
This position plays an important bridging role between frontline AR processing and team leadership, ensuring the smooth functioning of daily activities and high-quality service delivery.
